New on-line profiling tools launched

How capable are your people - and ultimately your business - to perform effectively...?

IPD has developed a suite of profiling tools to help recruit and develop your managers, teams and sales community.  The questionnaires are available on-line and typically take no more than 15 minutes to complete.

Currently available are:
  • Work Climate Survey©  - ‘work climate’ is simply described as “what does it feel like to work here?” and directly impacts people’s drive and enthusiasm to do a good job and therefore perform well.  In this sense the ‘work climate’ has a direct correlation to the overall performance of your individuals, teams and ultimately your organisation. IPD’s Work Climate Survey© measures 6 dimensions of work climate and 7 core facets of leadership; leadership behaviours being a core element of climate and therefore performance.
  • Index of Sales Effectiveness© - typically used for recruitment of sales people, this tool can also be a useful development tool to help identify existing sales people's capabilities and whether they are in the ‘right space’ for optimum performance. 
  • Index of Sales Management Effectiveness© - typically sales managers are recruited to this role having been a successful sales person albeit that the skills required are inherently different.  This invaluable tool will help you to identify the likelihood of success for any future or existing sales managers.
